Every person has a Voice - So Lets hear it!
Our approach is to foster co-operation as opposed to competition by using something that every person has - a voice. We will utilise all levels of abilities and encourage them to realise the difference they can make as an individual on the whole.
You don’t have to be a great solo performer to participate. Singing in a group is about unity and blending, recognising that each individual can make a difference as part of a team. It may not be your strongest point, but a team player will recognise that everyone working together achieves the greatest result.
A vocal group is a wonderful metaphor for a company. For the song to sound sweet we need to listen, to give each other space, to provide the backbone of the music, to listen to the solo. We provide exercises, which encourage a conversation between management and staff, from one department to another and to look at how we can be fully present as leaders. Employees will be challenged to do something different, refreshing, rewarding and so energising! In a world of e-mail there is still no substitute for communicating on a one-to-one basis, and song is such a fundamental and uplifting medium.
In a short space of time, group singing can set the tone for any event. Excitement and enthusiasm is almost effortlessly generated. Our facilitators will turn a room full of strangers into a room full of team mates.
As we are completely mobile, we are able to accommodate any venue you choose. We can liaise with the venues management regarding any audio visual requirements with respect to a prearranged budget.
We also cater for small or large groups and absolutely no prior singing ability is required!
