Living and Practicing Our Mission Statement and Core Values.
The Australian College of Massage released an updated Mission Statement and set of Core Values at their annual conference in December 2009. They wanted a team building activity that led their employees to examine the meaning of these documents for the company and for themselves. The team from Vocal Harmony Works used a plenary session, followed by small group work to create a song encompassing the essence of the company. The resulting anthem was the pride of the employees. They were passionate and satisfied with what they had created.
Vocal Harmony Works also provided a session on Vocal Health, Telephone Etiquette and Effective Public Presentation prior to the Song Writing Workshop.
